Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ever, a product of Boit Technologies, available at ever.produsa.app. By creating an account or purchasing a Lifetime unlock, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Ever is an AI biographer: you talk, answer questions, and share memories; Ever drafts and refines a written autobiography in your voice from what you tell it. A limited free tier lets you try the first chapter; a one-time payment ("Lifetime unlock") removes that limit for your account.

Lifetime license

The Lifetime unlock is a one-time payment of ₹6,999 (India) or $89 (elsewhere) that grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ever's full feature set for as long as the service operates. It is tied to the account it was purchased for and may not be resold or transferred to another person, except where Ever's gifting flow is used to purchase a Lifetime unlock as a gift for a named recipient. In that case the license transfers to the recipient's account upon redemption.

Credits (metered AI usage)

AI processing (chat turns, editing passes, narration, transcription) draws down a prepaid credits wallet, denominated in the currency you purchase in and metered against the actual cost of the underlying AI usage. A starter credit balance is included with your Lifetime unlock; you may purchase additional credits ("top-ups") at any time. Credits are consumed as you use AI features and do not expire while your account remains active, but are non-refundable once purchased except as described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ever to: generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights; impersonate someone without their consent in a way intended to deceive or harm; attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; or circumvent metering or payment. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content and ownership

You own what you tell Ever and the book it produces for you. By using the service, you grant Boit Technologies a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content (including to the third-party AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy) solely to provide and improve the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your memoir content and do not use it to train models or share it publicly.

AI-generated content: no warranty of accuracy

Ever's writing is generated by AI based on what you and/or the subject of the book tell it. It is a creative and editorial tool, not a fact-checking or journalistic service. We do not warrant that any AI-generated content is factually accurate, complete, or free of errors. Please review your book and correct or clarify anything that matters before treating it as a final record. You are responsible for reviewing the content you choose to keep, print, or share.

Limitation of liability

Ever is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boit Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Ever and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account, or by emailing us). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for legal or security reasons.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
