Privacy Policy
Ever ("Ever", "we", "us") is a product of Boit Technologies. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Ever (ever.produsa.app) and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, used for magic-link sign-in and, if you choose, Google sign-in.
- Purchase records: that you purchased the Lifetime unlock or a credits top-up, and basic order metadata (amount, date, order/payment IDs). We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment processor.
- Your memoir content: the conversations, answers, and any text you provide while using Ever, and the autobiography generated from them. This is stored so you can keep coming back to your book and keep adding to it.
- Usage data: metering of how much AI processing (chat turns, narration, transcription) your account has used, so we can track your prepaid credits balance.
Why we collect it
To run the core product (writing your book from what you tell us), to authenticate you, to process payments and manage your credits wallet, and to provide customer support if you contact us.
Cookies and sessions
Ever sets a single authentication cookie, ever_sess, to keep you signed in. It is used only to identify your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share data with (processors)
We use a small number of service providers to operate Ever. Each only receives what it needs to perform its function:
- Razorpay: payment processing (India). Handles and stores your payment method details; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Resend: transactional email delivery (magic-link sign-in emails, receipts, notifications).
- Cloudflare: hosting, edge network, and storage of your account and memoir data (Cloudflare Workers KV).
- OpenAI, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs: power the AI features: drafting your story from what you tell us, editing/refining prose, and optional narration/voice output. Your conversation content is sent to these providers strictly to generate your book and audio.
- Google / Apple: if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your verified email and basic profile identifier from them to create your account.
We do not sell your personal data or your memoir content to anyone, ever.
Data retention
We keep your account and memoir content for as long as your account is active, so your book remains available to you. If you delete your account (see below), we delete your stored data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain payment/transaction records for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
Your rights
- In-app deletion: you can delete your account and its data at any time from Account → Delete account inside the app.
- Request by email: you can also ask us to access, export, correct, or delete your data by emailing admin@boitclub.com.
Children
Ever is not intended for, and does not knowingly allow, account sign-up by anyone under 18. (Ever is frequently used about a parent or older relative, that's fine, but the account holder creating and controlling the book must be an adult.)
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, access controls, reputable infrastructure providers) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Ever after a change means you accept the revised policy.
